On our Nation’s Birthday, the HIM of F3BruCo weren’t content to BBQ and relax on the beach. For the third year in a row, we had to celebrate with an entry in the NC Forth of July Parade. But riding on a float isn’t our style either, so we decided to pull a 13,000lbs. flatbed instead.

21 PAX showed up, lead by our Nant’an California Love, and we got an FNG, Bobcat, that had to come out to pull a truck. But with 20 HIMs pulling (even with YHC running around taking pics) a truck isn’t actually all that bad. So as the parade allowed we had to stop and do some PAX choice workouts. Merkins, Low n’ Slow Squats, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers, more Squats and some more Merkins to wrap it up.

In a parade full of folks on floats sitting around and waving, safe to say we were a crowd favorite. So come join us next year. Cali Love said we need 100 HIMs and we’ll make it really interesting.
