The 2024 Anniversary Convergence held at South Beach on June 15th, 2024. We kicked things off with some good warm ups before getting into some relays.

Started off with a ball toss followed by murder bunnies, bear crawls and some burpee miles.

After the relays Cali Love had more bear crawls before burpees and flutter kicks in the surf.

As always it ends in a Circle of Trust. If you weren’t out here this morning, why not?
