Yesterday, June 11, 2022, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MEN posted to Brunswick Community College for the official launch of the brand new F3 BruCo region! With the beginning of this latest chapter of the F3 movement, we have committed to carry out The Mission right here in our home county of Brunswick. The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. AYE! While workouts may be named specifically in the mission statement, there is much more involved with this idea. We are extremely excited for what this group will bring to Brunswick County, and the impact it will have on the husbands, fathers, sons, and other HIM (High Impact Men) who live here.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all who helped make yesterday a huge success! I’ll start with our SLT (Senior Leadership Team) firstly for stepping up to the tasks and claiming those roles, and also for all the prep work that went in to yesterday’s event! F3 BruCo would also like to thank all of the PAX from F3 Cape Fear, our “parent” region, for supporting us throughout our growth here on this side of the Cape Fear, and for showing out in massive numbers to the launch event yesterday. Special thanks to Dunkin Donuts in Leland for donating enough donuts and coffee to feed 117 tired and famished men after a brutal beatdown!! And Thunderclaps to our workout Co-Q’s Gump and Rameses for putting together that historic beatdown! Most importantly, thank you to all the men of Brunswick County who have joined the F3 movement and helped us get to where we are, and to the future PAX who will undoubtedly step up and help carry us into our next chapter!
To end this post I must present you guys with one important question… WHO’S MOTIVATED?!!!
Dirty Bird, OUT!
One response to “BruCo Official Launch”
Strong work Dirty Bird on the Comms! Loved every minute of the beatdown. There’s something motivating that comes from Gumps insistent tone when he shouts at you to do Diamond Merkins. Ramses was so focused on his form yesterday, he didn’t even notice the sprinklers spraying him in the face on the baseball field. It was energizing!
